The objections,
answered straight.

Every field-ops buyer asks the same hard questions — about reps, network, data and cost. Here are honest answers, including the uncomfortable bits.

Adoption & your team

This is the make-or-break question, so the app is built for the least tech-comfortable rep: OTP login (no passwords to forget), big obvious buttons, photo-proof visits that replace written daily reports — so using it is less work, not more. Training is 45 minutes during onboarding, and managers see day-one adoption on the dashboard — no chasing reps for updates. It runs on ₹8,000 Android phones, not flagships.

Nothing is lost — the app is offline-first. Every visit, order and photo writes to a queue on the rep's phone and syncs automatically when coverage returns; it's engineered for 2G patchwork and 2GB-RAM devices. GPS verification stamps the visit at the location, not when the signal comes back — so a rep can't claim a visit from a dead zone later either.

The interface is icon-first and deliberately low-literacy — the workflow guides reps step by step. Today the UI is English; vernacular support is on the roadmap — tell us on the demo which language matters to you, it shapes the priority.

Disable the login from HQ in one click — their queued data on the old device can't sync or be read. Their visit history, beat and retailers stay with you, and the seat frees up for the replacement rep.

Data & security

You do — flatly. Everything is exportable anytime (CSV/sheets for every report, API for engineers), never sold or shared, and deleted on exit with confirmation. The one-page data-ownership statement says it in plain words; the DPA says it legally.

Every row is pinned to your org by Postgres row-level security at the database level — not just app logic. There is no shared namespace and no way to cross tenants. Details live on the Security & Trust page.

Consent capture is built into the product — reps record it at the point of collection. Privacy rights, grievance contact and subprocessors are documented in the Privacy page under GDPR, DPDP and CCPA.

Fit, cost & going live

The homepage leads with beauty because that's where we run in production today — but the same workflow (beats, verified visits, distributor orders, kit tracking) fits FMCG, food, home care and any physical-product field team. Picklists rename to your vocabulary — see which industries fit.

CRMs track deals; Visaler tracks the field day — GPS-verified visits, beats, distributor orders, kit discipline, retailer self-order portal. Full honest table on the compare page, including where we're not the pick.

Field plan: ₹899/user/month (up to 25 users). Growth: ₹1,499/user/month. Free 15-day pilot, free data migration, onboarding help included — no setup fees, no per-report charges. Retailer self-order links never consume seats. Full table on pricing.

7 days — setup day 1, your Excel data in by day 3, reps trained by day 5, live beats by day 7. The full plan is on the implementation page; the 15-day pilot de-risks it before you commit.

Yes — distributors get their own login to see orders, stock and settlements for their territory. Retailers can self-order through an OTP link that needs no app and consumes no seats.

You take your data with you — full export, no hostage. Access stays through the paid period, then the workspace is deleted on schedule and confirmed in writing.

Still a question we didn't cover?

Ask it on a 20-min demo — you'll get a straight answer, and the 15-day pilot answers the rest on your own turf.
