The agreement between Visaler and the organization that subscribes — what the service does, who may use it, and the rules both sides play by. Last updated: October 2026.
Visaler is a multi-tenant field-sales and service platform: field visits, order capture, demos, inventory, expenses and reporting, delivered through a web admin and an offline-first mobile app.
The service is provided to your organization under the subscription plan you select (see Pricing). Your subscription order and these Terms together form the agreement.
There is no public sign-up. Your organization admin creates every user account under your organization's unique code, and controls each user's role and module access. You are responsible for how your admins provision people and for the accuracy of the data your team enters.
You must keep credentials confidential, tell us promptly if an account is compromised, and ensure users are your authorized staff, contractors or distributors.
Everything your team enters — visits, orders, GPS tracks, inventory, invoices, staff records — belongs to your organization. We process it only to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy and, where you need one, the Data Processing Agreement.
On termination you can export your data; we then delete it from production systems on the schedule described in the DPA.
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access another organization's data, no probing or bypassing security controls, no unlawful content, no uploading what you have no right to share, and no reselling access outside your organization.
Field users must comply with applicable laws while using location features — Visaler records GPS only where the user has granted consent, and each organization is responsible for its own tracking policies toward its staff.
We design for high availability — the mobile app is offline-first so field work continues through network gaps — but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime percentage unless your subscription order specifies one.
Support is through your contract's channels; urgent issues go to sales@visaler.com.
Fees follow your subscription plan and invoice terms. Either side may end the subscription at its renewal date; we may suspend access for material breach (unpaid invoices, security misuse) with notice where practicable.
After termination we keep the account data exportable for a reasonable window, then remove it as described in the DPA.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where law does not allow a cap.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. For customers outside India we can agree on a local governing law in the subscription order.
