The short version: no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no cross-site identifiers. Only what is technically required to serve pages and keep your staff logged in. Last updated: October 2026.
The marketing site stores exactly one item, and only after you tell us to:
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels. Server logs record technical details (IP address, browser, pages fetched) for security and debugging only.
The web app uses a session cookie that keeps your staff signed in between page loads — strictly necessary for the service to function. It expires when the session ends or the user signs out.
Because these are strictly-necessary cookies under GDPR and similar laws, they do not require a consent banner — but we tell you anyway, plainly.
The mobile app does not use browser cookies at all. It keeps an encrypted session token on the device and queues field actions locally for offline sync — both are functional storage, not tracking.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the product's session cookie only means you will be asked to sign in again — nothing breaks.
If we ever add a non-essential cookie, this page changes first and the notice asks before it is set.
