Your data.
Yours.

The short version: your company's data belongs to your company. We process it on your behalf, we never sell or share it, you can export it, and it is deleted when you leave. The legal detail lives in the DPA and Privacy Policy.

You own it

  • You are the data controller — every visit, order, photo and report row your team creates is your data. Visaler processes it only to run the service for you.
  • No secondary use — we don't mine your data for our own purposes, don't train models on it, and don't use it to help anyone else.

Take it with you

  • Exports built in — reports export to CSV and PDF from inside the product, any time, no ticket required.
  • Full export on request — a complete copy of your org's data is available from us on request, in a usable format.
  • No lock-in penalty — exporting your data is free; it's yours.

Never sold, never shared

  • No advertising or analytics SDKs exist in the product at all — there is nothing third-party quietly collecting data.
  • Short sub-processor list — the only third parties that can touch customer data are listed on the Sub-processors page, and they're bound by the DPA.

Locked at the database level

  • Row-level isolation — Postgres row-level security pins every row to your org inside the database itself, so no other customer's account can ever see your data.
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-org audit logs of logins and key actions — see the Security & Trust center for the full control list.

When you leave

  • Deleted on request — when your subscription ends, your org's data is deleted from production per the DPA, after the export window you choose.
  • Erasure rights built in — GDPR, UK GDPR and India's DPDP Act rights (export, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal) are supported in the product, not just promised on paper.
